I second Car54whereartthou. Even with everything you have on your own plate you think of your community of listeners. Longtime followers know you are a diligent practitioner of self-care; please do keep it up.

This somatic, or body-centred, therapy does make intuitive sense to me. I read in my alma mater's alumni publication that there is an unbelievably strong link between our brains and our intestines, and the health thereof. I was amazed to read that 90-95% of our serotonin is produced in the gut, and that poor gut microbiota is correlated with the early stages of cognitive diseases like Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. I am now glad I've taken to eating oatmeal almost daily.

This week I learned about why August is Mí Lúnasa. Named for Lughnasadh, the start of harvest season, and for Lugh of the Tuatha Dé Danann, who is associated with skill & mastery in multiple disciplines such as the arts according to Wikipedia.

Good for you on the oatmeal! And I love the Irish names for things, especially months, days and seasons.

You take the precious time to provide these little jewels for our well-being. Here is hoping Eve, that you are taking the time for your well-being, for you are worth it!

      I am definitely trying!
