I recorded this outside today, because I had an exceptionally busy day and knew I wouldn't have time to record it later. Might as well do it while I'm heading home!

So you'll hear some wind noises, sorry :(

But at least you'll know what it's like to wait for a bus with me!

And I hope you enjoy the story! And in the words of Baz Luhrman, trust me on the sunscreen.

Loved the story about the Michelin Brothers!

Fun fact: Did you know that in Spanish we use the word "michelín" to refer to the rolls of fat in the waist and hips? This is because they resemble the body shape of the Michelin Man.

haha that's a great way of describing the 'spare tire' that most of us have!

this is great rich sceme ,and helping to improve your business and helping others as well by this genius idea of this star system I've always wondered about the origins of this ,and gives us valuable lesson that we should not or rate compare ourselves , but sometimes I do lose my self belief to my shame, ,so it's great just to chill out and listen to your chill casts especially the deep breath exercises it restores the confidence and self belief in me (:

Well you deserve it, Matt, and I've definitely seen good changes in you over the years. You're really coming into your own, you should be proud of yourself!

I've read this story before, and it's similar to another tale that I've been curious about: The Guinness Book of World Records. Sir Hugh Beaver in 1951 wanted a published authoritative resource to settle debates (doubtless happening in pubs over a pint) in England & Ireland about various topics (e.g. What is the fastest game bird in Europe?). But in light of your spoiler story related here, he as managing director of Guinness Breweries would've also wanted to shamelessly plug his stout too whilst doing so! Hopefully nobody has gone so far as to take their own life when their record was inevitably broken.

Oh that's a great story! I never knew that!

With awesome self-care and a wonderful story, I would wait for the bus with you any time! Wind noise and all! The noise didn't bother me and it added to that bus stop ambience!

And I never heard the origin story for the spoiler ! Or the darker side effects as a result of it! I'm really surprised I hadn't heard about it sooner...Fry meme : not sure if I have been living under a rock for a while or if Professor Eve also teaches history... :P

But in any case, I love your take on it! And the Baz Lurman reference!

Thank you! And I love the Baz, Strictly Ballroom is one of my favourite movies

Excellent cautionary tale, in the same vein as those cautionary words 'nothing in the world is free' or even, and I take small license, 'beware Frenchmen baring gifts'. Absolutely no slander intended here with apologies if anyone does take offense! Enjoyed the Friday gift. Looking forward to future episodes Eve.

haha at least they offered something of value instead of the sacking of Troy
