Despite where I live having more yoga practitioners per capita than any other city in the country, I never felt drawn to it so I guess it's not for me either. But I can see the appeal in New Age crystal healing/meditation even knowing it's pseudoscience as far as direct medical value goes; looking at pretty rocks as they catch the light is soothing and there are of course benefits to that.
It was wonderful to lose myself in this unpretentious approach to relaxation and positive affirmation after a busy, sometimes tense day on the job. To just allow your positive suggestions to drift freely across my mind without resistance where they can take root subliminally, as a foil to my inner critic who finds it the hardest thing in the world to just shut up once in awhile. :P The beautiful backing track and the perfectly laid-back cock worship at the end where the generous icing on the cake.

I am feeling much better from the jab, and I read that after the first dose of Pfizer, we get 85% protection against the virus and variants, so I'm feeling pretty good.
