Christmas Eve Charity Time!

This year I’m reaching out to my listeners to join me in donating to a charity that’s very close to my heart.

Animal Aid Unlimited operates in India, rescuing sick and injured street animals and giving them sanctuary. It’s a wonderful organization that I’ve been supporting for years; I can vouch for their honesty and integrity and their genuine love of helping animals. They are a registered tax-exempt charity in the US as well.

This Christmas, if you donate a minimum of $5 to them, I will reward your generous spirit with a link to special topless video available only to people who donate. Just email me a copy of the email you receive from them acknowledging the donation, and I’ll send you the private link.

It won’t be a custom video, please understand - but it will be available only to people who donate, so it won’t appear on Only Fans or anywhere else. This offer doesn’t expire, so you can donate any time, but there will only be one video made for this purpose. I'll start sending them out right after Christmas.

Thank you for your generosity and kindness - two things I find very sexy indeed!

Merry Christmas!

Thank you! And thank you for donating!

Just got my donation done...I give to a few select charities and this one covers the animals that people take home, then eventually abandon, which is wonderful.

Thank you for sharing this agency, which has been added to my short list of causes I support. If we all just took a few that we believe in, the world would likely shift overnight.

Thank you so much Storm! I really appreciate it - please email me and I'll send you the link to the video xox

It is definitely wonderful that you can keep such positivity and spread such love! I've been looking for some worthy organizations and causes to support, and if this is indeed verified by the sexy, loving Eve, then it's good enough for me! Plus, I've come to believe even more over the past few years (in part thanks to you, yout audios and Guide for Regular Guys) that if you put positive energy and action out into the Universe and believe in it, it comes back to you.

And as an animal lover this is truly some welcome news :) Being able to let people like us know about good things like this gives those fighting the good fight a fighting chance. Thank you for making something like this even more well known.

Joyeux Noël, Nollaig Shona Duit and Merry Christmas to you, dear Eve!!

Aww, same to you! I'm so glad you donated, you should have your video link now xox

I'm done shopping so it's either a Steam computer game for myself or this charity. In light of this post the choice is clear. Since Animal Aid Unlimited is 'Eve-verified', I can rest assured that my contribution will be put to the best use, and I'm happy to support a cause that is near and dear to your heart.

I don't know if you heard, but back in Canada, Loblaws & Weston Bakeries just admitted its involvement in a price-fixing scheme on bread. In exchange for immunity to penalties from the competition bureau, they're going to give out $25 gift cards to anyone who registers for it and bought bread before 2015 (not sure if they're expecting people to have retained three-year-old grocery receipts 🤔). I'm hearing a lot of folks saying they're going to give theirs to charity, and I'm of a mind to sign up to do just that. Because food bills are estimated to rise by ~$350 for a family of four next year, donating it to the local food bank would be best.

    • A Eve on 2017-12-24 20:34:42 (UTC)

Yes, I heard about that, what a scam! Now if only someone would do something about cell phone bills! I still can't believe I can get unlimited voice and text and 5GB of data per month for $22 CD here - it's insane how much Canadians are charged!

Anyway! Thanks for your support, but please make sure you treat yourself too! Merry Christmas! 🎄😘

      • stormmuse on 2017-12-26 13:15:02 (UTC)

Wait...what...you pay...that's it, I'm moving to Ireland. Now to figure out how to accomplish this...sadly, I'll have to wait at least 7 yrs, as I'm sure the ex would go postal if I moved the kids.

I pay ~$130 US for unlimited talk/text and 15GB of data between two lines. I'm all for companies being profitable, but it just seems like they push the envelope of what people will pay.

        • CharlieRomeoLima on 2017-12-27 00:41:09 (UTC)

I don't presently have a phone, but people tell me that they pay around $115-120 CDN for similar service, and the data overage charges in Canada are insane. I hear it comes down to regulatory controls restricting foreign telecom ownership and a lack of competition, because in the bigger cities of Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal, the 'Big Three' (Rogers, Bell, and Telus) dominate in a market that is difficult for smaller carriers like Wind Mobile to break into. We see the same thing in domestic air travel in a market almost monopolistically dominated by Air Canada and Westjet, with zero competition from ultra low-cost carriers that are so common in Europe, and also some of the world's highest airport landing fees. Little wonder many Canadians choose to fly out of American airports.

Compare that to a country like Finland where monthly mobile costs are apparently much lower and unlimited data is common, not to mention some of the fastest 3G and LTE broadband speeds in Europe. Or South Korea that has the world's fastest Internet at a blazing average of 26.1Mbit/s (World average is 7.0Mbit/s!) at a significantly cheaper monthly cost than in North America.

        • A Eve on 2017-12-26 19:57:27 (UTC)

Yes, I just about fell over when I first got here and saw how cheap it was. Plus there's free wifi everywhere, like buses and malls. And the buses now have USB charger ports on the back of all the seats

They should though - it costs me 2.15 euros to go 3kms into town, and they don't have transfers. If you need to take another bus to get across town, you pay again.

          • CharlieRomeoLima on 2017-12-27 01:07:48 (UTC) (edited)

In Vancouver, if you purchase a fare ticket on the bus and have to switch to SkyTrain or SeaBus, you have to pay again too. Strong incentive right there to use the city's still relatively new Compass Card, which is very similar if not identical to London's Oyster Card (the same contractor runs both fare systems). 1 zone (the greater metropolitan area is divided into arbitrary fare zones) for an adult is $2.85, but at least we can transfer and, at least for now, that $2.85 can take you anywhere in the Lower Mainland as long as you are travelling by bus. The transit authority is currently in consultations for a major fare structure overhaul.

Those USB charger ports look really ultramodern, and in a city with blanket wifi coverage and tech giant HQs @ Silicon Docks, that just makes sense! Speaking of the future, there is talk of linking Vancouver, Seattle, and possibly Portland with high speed rail along the so-called Cascadia corridor. If they're able to hash out the financing and it becomes reality one day, you could travel between the downtowns of Vancouver and Seattle in as little as 30 minutes, whereas now it's a 3 hour drive.

            • stormmuse on 2017-12-27 02:53:20 (UTC)

Metro travel in DC is pretty straightforward. You pay a price based on how far apart the stops are, the smart cards transfer between bus and trains ( may incur extra cost ), but the system also has a single cost for the day rate, if you're going to just be running all over. If you are using it to commute, they have a program that covers unlimited rides under a specific price point for a month and you can add buses to it for an additional cost to cover any standard fare bus route. Lots of companies and govt agencies provide a transit allowance as well. Pittsburgh's light rail is $2.50 with $1 transfers, but they also have unlimited daily, weekly, monthly or annual passes. If you use the rail more than a couple of rides per day, the passes starts to save you money.

Eve, the initial 3 km walk wouldn't be bad...depends on how much other travel would be involved and/or how far across town it is. I'd love to move somewhere I can start walking/biking to/from shopping, entertainment, etc.

              • A Eve on 2017-12-27 16:39:30 (UTC)

oh I would love to bike to town, and a lot of people do. However I find it terrifying on the particular roads I would have to take to get there. Cyclists get killed here pretty frequently, it's just not something I'm comfortable with. But when I move (I'm leaving here in the Spring) I hope to be able to start biking more.

This is very sweet of you do this for that organization Eve. Im very positive that they will appreciate your efforts & everyone who can help 😊. Unfortunately im not able to donate because all my money went to my family for Christmas & this month was very tough for me in terms of money.

However, i will pray that the charity works out & that those animals who are hurting & don't have a home; will find one this Christmas. May God Bless you & everyone here & definitely Merry Chrismas! 🎄❤💚💙

One of the problem of South Asian countries is animal cruelty( there are so many other problems though). Even on pets, some people get animals and they leave those poor creature on streets without food and shelter 😭. I feel sorry for those poor creature but I can't help 'em😞. I'm very happy to know that such organisation exist to help those poor creature 😃 and it's so sweet of you to help them💕.

Thank you! I agree, it's hard to decide where to put whatever donations we can afford, there are so many worthy causes in the world. But when I see just how much suffering this organization alleviates, it just makes my heart happy. Merry Christmas! ❤️
