Wow, I can't believe that Oreo shake calorie count!

And you got me on this one...I must confess that I mainly want to lose some weight to look better for the ladies! I wasn't expecting such a thought provoking, earth shattering questioning of my core values...how dare you! :P It is super eye-opening and those comments you made about the flip side from the dream woman's perspective are enlightening! I never thought about her insecurities and bringing her out of her shell.

Another great episode! Thanks for insights!

P.S. Side note, I don't mind shorter or longer episodes. But I'm thinking more frequent but shorter episodes might remind me more to be more conscious about the calorie count. And hearing that "I got this" more often... ;P

I agree - and this series is definitely one of my 'pinch points' lately. I am just so busy keeping up with my erotic audios, with Vanilla Audio, with Only Fans and Bimgirls and everything else that this (and my novel) are falling behind. I'm going to try to work on both of them in the coming week. xx

You are so right about the sneakiness of Nutrition Facts! One thing I've noticed after having the opportunity to snack on crisps like Tayto or Skips (thanks again!) is that I can attain satiety after going through a 20-37g packet. The act of having to reach for and open another one is actually a great aid to more mindful snacking. Contrast this to North American bags of Lays/Old Dutch/etc. where eating half nets at least 90-110g before I felt satisfied enough to stop munching and I strongly suspect this is part of the reason why crisps are packaged the way they are, across the sea. One nifty little idea I have to mimic this is to simply Ziploc measured portions of domestic chips to curb mindless 'whole bag' munchies. :)

I agree, it's a really simple way to keep from inhaling the whole bag! I often buy the smaller portions of stuff, even if it's more expensive, just so I'm more aware of how much of it I'm eating. It's way too easy to just keep dipping into the bag or the box of crackers or cookies, it's better when they are pre-measured out.

The last part really got me, because losing weight to be more physically attractive was my "why" for a little bit. As I've gotten older, I found that my "why" is to accept myself and to feel better physically. I'm still working on the self-acceptance part, but it is getting better each time 😊

That's absolutely the best reason to do anything like this - for your own sense of wellbeing and self-acceptance. ❤️
